Our Services

Vapor Barriers

A quality crawlspace vapor barrier is the foundation of most moisture control solutions. Our customers have the option to choose anything from a single-ply 10mil vapor barrier to a reinforced 20mil.

Insulation

Clean Crawl specializes in the installation of R10 radiant barrier wall insulation as well as traditional fiberglass floor insulation. Proper installation of insulation under a home can increase the efficiency of the air system as well as extend the life of a dehumidifier.

Dehumidifiers

Commercial grade dehumidifiers are the only solution to properly regulate humidity levels in a crawlspace. At Clean Crawl, we recommend the Aprilaire brand of dehumidifier. These units can handle any size crawlspace and come with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Sump Pumps/Drains

When a high water table or intrusional flood waters enter a home it is crucial to remove the water as quickly and efficiently as possible. A sump pump and/or french drains can be installed to remove the most destructive force on earth from beneath your home.

Sanitizing/Cleaning

Organic growth on a subfloor is not only an eyesore and a point of contention during the sale of a home but it can also be a health concern as well. Commercial grade peroxides can be used to restore the subfloor to it’s original glory and remove harmful toxins from the crawlspace

premium Encapsulations

Our most effective product. This installation is used to create a controllable environment under the home by wrapping the foundation walls, pillars and ground with a vapor barrier and install a dehumidifier and sump pump to control moisture. Insulation is also added to either the foundation walls or floor to ensure our clients have little to no crawlspace issues for years to come
